The feedback provided consists of professional opinions and educational guidance intended solely for instructional and self-improvement purposes.

2. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit parental/guardian consent to purchase a review.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details (including your Squarespace order confirmation number) via our secure Lovable submission portal to ensure accurate delivery of your review.

• File Submissions: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any digital links or PDF uploads submitted are accessible, free of malware, and do not violate third-party copyright laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Work (Client Content): You retain 100% ownership of all creative work, designs, images, and copy that you upload or link for review. Portfolios with Triesta claims zero ownership over your portfolio assets. Your submissions are treated as confidential and will never be shared publicly without your explicit, written consent.

• Our Work (Company Content): All written feedback documents, recorded video critique files (e.g., Loom links), templates, and website graphics provided to you by Triesta Hall are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use this feedback for your personal career growth. You may not resell, distribute, or publicly package the review materials for commercial profit.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Portfolios with Triesta offers zero guarantees regarding employment, university admissions, client acquisitions, or financial advancement. Career success relies on independent market forces, individual implementation, and external hiring metrics. Our services are strictly advisory.

5. Cancellation, Delivery, and Refund Policy

Because Portfolios with Triesta provides highly customized professional consulting, time-allocated mentorship, and intellectual property delivery, our refund policy is structured as follows:

• Cancellation Prior to Review Delivery: You may request a 100% full refund on any purchased tier at any time prior to the initiation and delivery of your portfolio review. Once Triesta Hall has initiated the review or delivered your feedback package link, the service is considered fully rendered.

• Post-Delivery Policy (All Sales Are Final): Once your written feedback or video critique link has been delivered, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds based on a client’s personal disagreement with objective, professional design critiques or honest career evaluations. You are paying for a professional, expert evaluation based on over two decades of department leadership; you are not purchasing guaranteed validation.

• The Follow-Up Guarantee (Revisions): If, upon receiving your review, you feel that specific structural elements of your questionnaire goals were misunderstood, you have five (5) business days from the date of delivery to submit clarifying questions via email. Triesta Hall will provide a one-time, concise follow-up response to clarify the feedback and ensure you have the exact direction needed for your portfolio glow-up.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida state law, Triesta Hall and Portfolios with Triesta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the advice provided on this website or within our feedback packages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms must be handled in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
